AN ORDIN% NCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORt) FLORIDA,
AMENDING SECTION 27.6 (a) (2) of ORDII~ NCE NO,
1065, SAID SECTION RELATING TO THE AMOUNT OF
V~'ATER, SE~ER AND DRAINAGE CONNECTION AND
CONTROL CHARGES, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING THE
CLASSIFICATION RELATING TO APARTMENTS, TO~'N
HOUSES, PATIO HOMES, CONDOMINIUMS AND ALL OTHER
TYPES OF MULTIPLE-FAMILY DV~'ELLINGS.
BE IN ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION L That Section 27.6 (a) (2) of Ordinance No, 1065 be and
the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"(a) Imposed. Except as otherwise provided, every
property owner whose property first receives water and sewer
services from systems owned or controlled by the C~ty after
the effective date of this ordinance shall pay unto the City a
water, sewer and dra[nage connection and control charge as
follow s:
(2) All mult[ple-fam{ly dwellings, including
apartments, town houses, patio homes and condom[n[umso
five hundred fifty dollars per unit."
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances {n conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective irnmed[ate[y
upon its passage and adoption.
