N ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
CLOSING, VACATING AND ~DONING CERTAIN
STREETS
DEgNEATED BELOW.
BE IT ENACTED BY T~ PEOPLE OF THE CI~ OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
~CTION i. ~at that certain street in the City of Sanford, Florida,
described as follows, to-wit:
~at portion of West Sixth Street from the Westerly
right of way Bne of Laurel Avenue Westerly to Sea-
board Coast Line R~lroad right of way,
be and ~e same is hereby closed, vacated and ~andoned as a public street
in the City of Sanford, Florida, and the City does hereby disclaim for
itself and the public all interest therein, reserving, however, unto the City
of Sanford an easement for public uflliaes over and upon the South 22 feet
thereof, and over and upon the South 14 feet of the North 1/2 thereof.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of or~nances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SEC~ON 3. ~at this ordinance shall become effecave immediately
upon its passage and adop~on.
