ORDINANCE NO. 1099
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDONING STREETS AND
ALLEYS IN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AS
DELINEATED BELOW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That those certain streets and alleys in the City of
Sanford, Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
(1) East-West alley between Laurel Avenue and Elm Avenue
and between Fulton Street and Commercial Street, in
Block 1, Tier ?, E. R. Trafford's Map of Sanford;
(2) Mulberry Street from North line of Water Street to '
Seminole Boulevard;
(3) Pomegranite Street from North line of First Street to
Seminole Boulevard;
Tamarind Avenue from North line of First Street to a point
666.25 feet South of Seminole Boulevard;
(5) Water Street from East line of Tamarind Avenue to the
West line of Mulberry Avenue;
(6)Fulton Street from Ea st line of Tamarind Avenue to the
West line of Mulberry Avenue;
(?)Commercial Street from East line of Tamarind Avenue to
the West line of Pomegranite Avenue;
be and the same are hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as public streets
and alleys in the City of Sanford, and the City does hereby disclaim for
itself and the public all interest therein.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
