AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 771 OF SAID CITY, AS
AMENDED, SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN
WITHIN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID
AMENDMENT PLACING CERTAIN TERRITORY IN A
DISTRICT DELINEATED BELOW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 771 of the City of Sanford, Florida,
passed and adopted February 26, 1962, as amended, said ordinance being the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, m gulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water,
for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
(a) That that property described as follows, to-wit:
Begin 33 chains West and 6.6 feet North of SE Corner
of NE 1/4, run East 10.4 chains, North 45% East 1.4
chains, North 8.95 chains, West 751.77 feet, South to
point of beginning, in Section 2, Township 20 South,
Range 30 East,
be and the same is hereby placed in R-3 (Multiple Family
Dwelling) District.
(b) That that property described as follows, to-wit:
The South 265 feet of the SE 1/4 of Section 2, Township
20 South, Range 30 East, Seminole County, Florida,
lying East of Airport Boulevard (SR 425),
be and the same is hereby placed in C-1 (Neighborhood-
Commercial) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
