1091 ORDINANCE NO. 1091
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING CHAPTER 21, THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA, 1954, AS AMENDED, SECTION
21-14 THEREOF, AS AMENDED, SAID SECTION ESTA-
BLISHING SEWER RATES AND CHARGES, SAID AMEND-
MENT CHANGING SAID RATES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION i. That Chapter 21, The Code of the City of Sanford,
Florida, 1954, as amended, Section 21-14 thereof, be and the same is
hereby amended by changing the rates and charges for sewer and sewer
collect/on according to Schedule A attached hereto and by reference in-
corporated herein.
SECTION 2. Except as herein specifically modified, said section
shall remain in full force and virtue.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective October 1,
1972.
