i~iN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING CHAPTER 25, THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA, 1954, AS AMENDED, SECTION
25-2 THEREOF, SAID SECTION PROVIDING FOR CHARGES
FOR WATER CONSUMPTION AND SAID AMENDMENT
CHANGING SAID RATES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PERLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 25, The Code of the City of Sanford,
Florida, 1954, as amended, Section 25-2 thereof, be and the same is
hereby amended by changing the rates for water consumption according
te Schedule A attached hereto and by reference incorporated herein.
SECTION 2. Except as herein specifically modified, said section
shall remain in full force and virtue.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective October 1,
1972.
