AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN FORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING AT THE
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF PAOLA
ROAD AND RANTOUL LANE TO MR-1L (MULTIPLE-FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL LIMITED DWELLING) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanfordo
Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 19720 sa~d ordinance being the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida° regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings0 structures, land and water
for trade, industry° residence or other purposes, 'be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
Begin at the NE corner of the NW 1/4 of Section 4,
Township 20 South, Range 30 East, thence run W 290 feet,
South 335 feet, West 700 feet° South 325 feet, West 330 feet,
South 330 feet, East 1320 feet, North 990 feet to the Point
of Begirm[ng, Seminole County, Florida0 (Less E 33 feet for
roadway) (Less N 25 feet for roadway). (18.72 acres),
be and the same is hereby placed in MR-1L (Multiple-Family
Res~dential L~rnited Dwelling) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon ~ts passage and adoption.
