AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD. FLORIDA,
ESTABLISHING A FEE SCHEDUJ~ TO BE CHARGED ON
ALL-A PPLICATIONS FOR REIGNING, VARIANCES,
REVIEW AND REVISION OF SITE PLANS, APPROVAL OF
PLATS AN PLAN UNIT DEVELOPMENTS AND APPLICATIONS
FOR ANNEXATION OF PROPERTY INTO THE CORPORATE
LII~IITS OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, It has been determiaed by the City Commission of the
City Of Sanford, Florida, that processing of Applications for Rezooingo Variances,
Site Plan Reviews, Approval of Plats and Petitions for Annexation involve a sub-
stantial amoant of time on the pan d the various departments pertaining to such
applications. and
WHEREAS, the Bees which are presently being charged for some of the
activities are insu[ficient and should be revised In accordance with the schedule
of fees hereinafter set forth.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE
CiTY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the Bee schedule for the activities set forth in
the attached Exhibit be, and the same are hereby, adopted.
SECTION 2. That the City Commission in its discretion may waive
the requirement of the fee for Applications for Annexation.
SECTION 3. The fees referred to herein shall be payable to the City
of Sanford, Florida, at the time such application is

its passage and adoption.
