AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFO~, FLORIDA,
CL~ING, VACATING AND ABANDONING A UTILITY
EASE~NT AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF 25TH
ST~ET AND HOLLY AVEN~.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE ~ROPLE OF T~ CITY OF S~FO~, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That ~hat certain u~ility easemen~ located on ~he
Northeast corner of 25~h Stree~ and Holly Avenue, described as follows:
That certain Eas~ - West utility easen~ent on Lots 1, 2 and 3,
Block 13, Dreamwold 3rd Section, according ~o the Plat
~hereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 70, ~blic Records
of Seminole County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as a utility easemen~
in ~e City of Sanford, and ~he City does he~by disclaim for itself and ~he
public all interes~ therein~
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflic~
herewith be and ~he same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That ~his ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
