1267 ORDINANCE NO. 1267
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AMENDING ARTICLE V, SECTION 7,
RMOI DISTRICT, MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL OFFICE
AND INSTITUTIONAL DISTRICT, PARAGRAPH B, CONDITIONAL
USES PERMITTED, BY THE ADDITION OF SUB-SECTION (4)
TO PROVIDE FOR CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
ON PREMISES FOR CLUBS, LODGES AND FRATERNAL
ORGANIZATIONS AFTER APPROVAL OF THE CITY COMMISSION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Article V0 Section 7, RMOI Multiple Family
Residential Office and Insititutional District, Paragraph Bo Conditional Uses
Permitted, of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, is hereby
amended by the addition of sub-section (4), to read as follows:
(4) Clubs, lodges and fraternal organizations with
consumption of alcoholic beverages on premises
after approval of the City Commission.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
