1262 ORDINANCE NO. 1262
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ARTICLE VIIIo SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS:
SECTION 1, PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT;
PARAGRAPH B, REQUIREMENTS AND STANDARDS FOR
APPROVAL, TO PROVIDE THAT A PARCEL WHICH IS
PROPOSED FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT MUST
BE IN SINGLE OWNERSHIP OR CONTROL AT THE TIME
AN APPLICATION IS MADE FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
ZONING APPROVAL.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Article,VIII, SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS:
Section 1, Planned Unit Development District; Paragraph B, Requirements
and Standards for Approval, shall be amended to read as follows:
"B. Requirements and Standards for Approval
(1) A parcel which is proposed for a planned unit
development must be in single ownership or
control at the time an application is made for
planned unit development zoning approval.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
