AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID ORDINANCE AMENDING
CHAPTER 2, ADMINISTRATION, ARTICLE VII,
SCENIC IMPROVEMENT BOARD, SEC. 2-111,
: CREATED; COMPOSITION; APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS;
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILiTY, CONFLICTS AND
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
~FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Sanford City Code is hereby
amended by amending Chapter 2, Administration, Article VII,
[Scenic Improvement Board, Sec. 2-111, Created; Composition;
Appoiontment of Members, to read as follows:
There is hereby created and constituted a scenic
!improvement board for the city, which shall consist of nine (9)
persons to be appointed by the mayor and confirmed by the city
commission, one of whom shall be the director of parks and
.recreation.
~ SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of
this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitu-
tional, it shall not be held to impair the validity, force or
Ieffect of any other section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby revoked.
SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
