AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY; SAID ORDINANCE BEING A
ZONING PLAN; SAID ~/e~EMENE CHANGING THE ZONING OF A
PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERLY LYING AT THE SOUTHWEST
CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF U. S. HIGHkn~ 17-92 (S. R.
15-600) AND LAKE M_INNIE DRIVE FROM MR-1 (MULTIPLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL DW~.I.ING) DISTRICT TO GC-2 (GENERAL COb~j~C~)
DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND EFFEC-
TIVE DATE.
BE IT ~qACTED BY THE PEOPI.F. OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
S~CTION 1: That OrdiDance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinace being the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land, and
water frcm trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same
is hereby amended as follows: That the real property described as follows:
Lots I and 3 (Less the South 75.52 feet of
each), Lake Minnie Estates, Plat Book 6, Page
92, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida.
be add the same is hereby rezoned frcm MR-1 (Multiple Family Residential
Dwelling) District to GC-2 (General Cxmm~rcial) District.
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of this
ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall
not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force or effect of any
other section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith, be and the sane are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall beccme effective inmediately
upon its passage and adoption.
