Be It Enacted By The People Of The City Of Sanford, Florida:
Section 1. That the portion of Fulton Street and Gabbett
Street (fOrmerly known as ~ater Street) in the City of Sanford,
Florida, more Psr{icularly described as follows, to-wit:
(a) FULTON STREET From the east lin~ of Eyrtle
Avenue to the east line of Oak
Avenue extended North.
(b) GA';~?ETT STREET Formerly known as Water Street
from the east side of ~yrtle
Avenue to the west side of an
unnamed alley between Nyrtle
Avenue and Oak Avenue extended
North.
be, .and the same are hereby permanently vacated and closed as
public streets anf highways of the City of Sanford, Florida.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be, and beco:~e
effective immediately upon its passage and adoptdon.
