AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, REPEALING ORDINANCE
NUMBER 3756 RELATING TO A RESIDENCY
REQUIREMENT FOR CITY OF SANFORD DEPARTMENT
DIRECTORS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING
FOR NON-CODIFICATION AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITIZENS OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. REPEAL OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 3756.
3756 is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. CONFLICTS. All ordinances or part of ordinances in conflict with this
Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. CODIFICATION. It is the intention of the City Commission of the City
of Sanford, Florida, and it is hereby ordained that the provisions of this shall not become and be
made a part of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Sa.ford, Florida; provided, however, that
the Code codifier shall take appropriate actions relative to the repeal of Ordinance Number 3756
as set forth herein.
SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall take immediate effec~ upon
enactment.
