ORDINANCE NO. 1062
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDONING A PORTION OF
A STREET IN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AS
DEL INEATED BELOW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that certain portion of a street in the City of
Sanford, Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
That portion of Ninth Street lying between Block 10,
Tier 20, E. R. Trafford's Map of Sanford, and
Block 1, William Clark Court,
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as a public street
in the City of Sanford, and the City does hereby disclaim for itself and the
public all interest therein.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
