AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATING
AND CLOSING OF GARDEN STREET 'IN THE PLAT
OF ELDORADO, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY TEE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD~FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Garden Street in the plat of
Eldorado, a Subdivision of the City of Sanford, Florida,
be and the same is hereby permanently vacated and closed
as a pMblic street and thoroughfare of the City of
Sanford, Florida.
Section 2. Ths~ the Clerk of the City of San-
ford, Florida, shall prepare a certified copy of this
Ordinance after its passage and adoption and file the
same for record in the public records of Seminole
County, Florida.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall become
effectively immediately upon its passage and adoption.
