BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA:
~ ~ANFORD RIVERWALK FLORIDA AND SANFORD
BOOMING: LOGO DESIGN. The Logos of "Sanford RiverWalk Florida" and
"Sanford is Booming" shall be as set forth in the exhibits depicting facsimiles of the
Iogos which exhibits are incorporated herein by this reference thereto as if fully set
forth herein verbatim.
~ USE OF CORPORATE SEALS AND LOGO,~, The "Sanford
RiverWalk Florida" and "Sanford is Booming" Logos, including any facsimile
thereof, are intended for use by authorized agents or officers of the City of Sanford
in conducting the official business of the City. No other person shall use the
"Sanford RiverVValk Florida" and "Sanford is Booming" Logos for any other purpose.
~ 3. V~. If any section, sentence, phrase, word, or
portion of this Ordinance is determined to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional,
said determination shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force or
effect of any other section, sentence, phrase, word or portion of this Ordinance not
otherwise determined to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional.
~ ~. This Ordinance shall be codified in the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Sanford, except that Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 shall not
be codified. The Code codifier is granted authority to change the words
Ordinance and other words to reflect the Part, Section, Article, etc., assigned in
the Code.
~ PENA_~. Any person found to have violated the provisions
of this Ordinance shall be subject to the maximum penalty permitted by Section
162.22, Florida Statutes.
~ ~. All ordinances or part of ordinances in conflict
with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
~' '~J~-~. This Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
