AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE
CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1970 AND ENDING
SEPTEMBER 30, 1971.
WHEREAS, the City Manager has prepared and submitted a
budget of revenues and expenditures of the City of Sanford,
Florida, for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1970 and
ending September 30, 1971, in accordance with the Charter of
the City of Sanford, Florida, and upon consideration thereof
said budget of revenues and expenditures was adopted and ap-
proved as the budget of said City for the fiscal year beqin-
ning October 1, 1970 and ending September 30, 1971; and
WHEREAS, the City Commissioners are of the opinion that
the several items of expenditures for said fiscal year begin-
ning October 1, 1970 and ending September 30, 1971 are reason-
able, necessary and proper for the administration of the affairs
of said City and the proper conduct of said City,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That said budget of revenues and expenditures
of said City of Sanford, Florida for the fiscal year beginning
October 1, 1970 and ending September 30, 1971, approved by Resol-
ution of the City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, on
the 14th day of September, A. D. 1970, a copy of which is attached
hereto and hereby made a part of this Ordinance, be and the same
is hereby ratified, approved, confirmed,
SECTION 2. That the said estimates
