AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 771 OF SAID CITY, AS
AMENDED, SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN
WITHIN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID
AMENDMENT PLACING CERTAIN TERRITORY IN THE
DISTRICT AS DELINEATED BELOW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance Number 771 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted February 26, 1962, as amended, said ordinance
being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water,
for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
That that certain property along the North side of
West Thirteenth Street and between Oak Avenue and
Park Avenue, and more particularly described as follows:
The East 52.5 feet of Lot 10, Block 14, Tier 4,
E. R. Trafford's Map of the Town of Sanford,
as recorded in the Public Records of Seminole
County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby placed in C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts or ordinances in con-
flict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
