AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
ANNEXING TO AND INCLUDING WITHIN THE CORPORATE
AREA OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, THE AREAS
DESCRIBED HEREINAFTER, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 57-1815, LAWS OF FLORIDA,
ACTS OF 1957.
WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk of the City
of Sanford, Florida, petitions containing the names of property owners in
the areas described hereinafter, requesting annexation to the corporate
area of the City of Sanford, Florida, and requesting to be included therein;
and
WHEREAS, said petitions were duly certified to the Tax Assessor
of Seminole County, Florida, pursuant to Chapter 57-1815, Laws of Florida,
Acts of 1957, and the certifications of the Tax Assessor of Seminole County,
Florida as to the sufficiency of such petitions pursuant to the terms of said
Act received; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida,
has deemed it in the best interest of the City to accept said petitions and
tO annex said areas;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF
THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That those certain areas in Seminole County,
Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
North 1/2 of Lot 21 and all of Lots 22 and 23, Block
25, DREAMWOLD, according to plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 3, pages 90 and 91, Public Records of
Seminole County, Florida;
Lot 1 and Lots 3 through 40, Block 28, and all of Block
29, 4th Section, DREAMWOLD, according to plat
thereof reanrdad in Plnt Rnnk 4 n~cro O0 Piih]i~' ]~ac-n*-,-t.

Lots 1, 2, 8, 9 and 10, Block 9, PINE LEVEL SUB-
DIVISION, according to plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 6, pages 36 and 37, Public Records of
Seminole County, Florida;
be and the same are hereby annexed to and made a part of the City of
Sanford, Florida, pursuant to the terms of Chapter 57-1815, Laws of
Florida, Acts of 1957.
SECTION 2. That upon this ordinance becoming effective, the
residents and property owners in the above described annexed areas shall
be entitled to all of the rights and privileges and immunities as are from
time to time granted to residents and property owners of the City of Sanford,
Florida, and as are further provided in Chapter 57-1815, Laws of Florida,
Acts of 1957, and shall further be subject to the responsibilities of residence
or ownership as may be from time to time determined by the governing
authority of the City of Sanford, Florida, and the provisions of said Chapter
57-1815, Laws of Florida, Acts of 1957.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.

Sanford, Florida, do hereby certify that a true and correct
copy of the foregoing Ordinance No. 1004, PASSED and ADOPTED
by the City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, on
the 26~ day of October, 1970, was POSTED at the front door
of the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, on the
27~ day of October, 1970.
