AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDONING STREETS AS
DELINEATED BELOW, IN THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that certain street in the City of Sanford,
Florida, described as follows:
That portion of Fourth Street lying between the
West right of way line of Oleander Avenue and
the East right of way line of Jessamine Avenue,
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as a public
street in the City of Sanford, and the City does hereby disclaim for itself
and the public all interest therein.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
