AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 771 OF SAID CITY, AS
AMENDED, SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN
WITHIN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID
AMENDMENT PLACING CERTAIN TERRITORY IN
THE DISTRICT AS DELINEATED BELOW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance Number 771 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted February 26, 1962, as amended, said ordinance
being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water,
for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
That that property lying between Santa Barbara Drive
and Osceola Drive and between Hartwell Avenue and E1
Portal Avenue, being more particularly described as
follows:
North 1/2 of Lot 21 and all of Lots 22 and 23, Block
25, DREAMWOLD, according to plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 3, pages 90 and 91, Public Records of
Seminole County, Florida; and
Lot 1 and Lots 3 through 40, Block 28, and all of
Block 29, 4th Section, DREAMWOLD, according to
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, page 99, Public
Records of Seminole County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby placed in R-IA (Single Family Dwelling) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
