AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 771 OF SAID CITY, AS
AMENDED, SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN
WITHIN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID
AMENDMENT PLACING CERTAIN TERRITORY IN
THE DISTRICT AS DELINEATED BELOW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 771 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted February 26, 1962, as amended, said ordinance
being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, regulating
a nd restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water,
for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
That that property lying South of West Eighteenth Street
and between Pear Avenue and Peach Avenue, being more
particularly described as follows:
Lots 1, 2, 8, 9 and 10, Block 9, Pine Level,
Sanford, Seminole County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby placed in R-5 (One and Two Family Dwelling)
District.
SECTION 2. That ail ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.

of the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, on the 12th
day of January, 1971.
