AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 771 OF SAID CITY, AS
AMENDED, SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN
WITHIN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID
AMENDMENT PLACING CERTAIN TERRITORY IN
THE DISTRICT AS DELINEATED BELOW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 771 of the City of Sanford, Florida,
passed and adopted February 26, 1962, as amended, said ordinance being the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, ze gulating and re-
stricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water, for
trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
That that certain property lying Westerly of State Road 15
and 600 and abutting Onora Road, being more particularly
described as follows, to-wit:
All that part of the following described property lying North
of Onora-Grapeville Road extension: Begin at SE corner of
Section 2, Township 20 South, Range 30 East, run N. 0° 09'
02" West along East line of said Section 2 a distance of 660
feet; thence North 89° 51' 20" W. parallel with South line of
said Section 2 a distance of 161.04 feet, thence South 0° 09'
02" East 6.60 feet; thence North 89° 51' 20" West 475.20
feet; thence North 0° 09' 02" West 654.72 feet; thence North
89° 51' 20" W. 726 feet; thence North 0° 09' 02" West 660
feet; thence North 89° 51' 20" West 330 feet; thence North
0° 09' 02" West 616.6 feet; thence North 89° 51' 20" West
310 feet; thence South 0° 09' 02" East 403. i0 feet; thence
North 89° 51' 20" West 20 feet; thence South 0° 09' 02" East
2181.61 feet to the South line of said Section 2; thence South
89° 51 ' 20" East along South line to the point of beginning.
(Less 18.261 acres described in Official Records Book 820,
page 324, and less R/W for Onora-Grapeville Road Extension.)
AND West 200 feet of the East 2022.24 feet South of R/W of
Onora-Grapeville Road Extension of the SE 1/4 of Section 2,
Township 20 South, Range 30 East, and the East 20 feet of
the West 220 feet of the East 2022.24 feet of the South 360
feet of the SE 1/4 of Section 2, Township 20 South, Range
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shah become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
