ORDINANCE NO. 1028
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORII~
CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDONING ALLEYS AS
DELINEATED BELOW, IN THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That those certain alleys in the City of Sanford, Florida,
described as follows, to-wit:
That certain North-South alley described as: The East 12
feet of the West 167 feet of Lot 44, Rose Court, according
to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, pages 3 through
5, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, and the
East 12 feet of the lot described as beginning 984 feet South
and 25 feet East of the Northwest Corner of the SW 1/4 of
Section 31, Township 19 South, Range 31 East, run East
167 feet, South 86 feet, West 167 feet, North 86 feet to the
point of beginning; and
That portion of a certain North-South alley lying South of
Lot 44, West of Lot 47, and East of Lots 46, 48, 49 and
50, all in Rose Court, according to plat thereof as re-
corded in Plat Book 3, pages 3 through 5, Public Records
of Seminole County, Florida,
be and the sameam hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as public alleys
in the City of Sanford, and the City does hereby disclaim for itself and
the public all interest therein.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.

of the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, on the
14th day of July, 1971.
