AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 771 OF SAID CITY, AS
AMENDED, SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN
WITHIN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID
AMENDMENT PLACING CERTAIN TERRITORY IN THE
DISTRICT AS DELINEATED BELOW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 771 of the City of Sanford, Florida,
passed and adopted February 26, 1962, as amended, said ordinance being
the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the Gity of Sanford, regulating and
restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water,
for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is
hereby amended as follows:
That that certain property on the North side of 25th Street
and between Maple Avenue and Holly Avenue, being more
particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 13, Dreamwold 3rd Section,
according to plat thereof recorded in the Public
Records of Seminole County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby placed in R-3 (Multiple Family Dwelling)
District.
SEGTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
