AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA
ASSESSING $1.00 OF ADDITIONAL MUNICIPAL COURT
COSTS FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT EDUCATION AS PRO-
VIDED IN CHAPTER 23,105, FLORIDA STATUTES, 1969.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That there is herewith assessed $1.00 of additional
Municipal Court costs in all Municipal Court cases except violations of
ordinances relating to the parking of vehicles, said additional cost allocated
for law enforcement education as provided in Chapter 23,105, Florida
Statutes, 1969.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective October
1, 1971.
