1032 ORDINANCE NO. 1032 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 771 OF SAID CITY, AS AMENDED, SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT PLACING CERTAIN TERRITORY IN THE DISTRICT AS DELINEATED BELOW. BE IT ENACTED BY THEPEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 771 of the City of Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted February 26, 1962, as amended, said ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water, for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows: (a) That that certain property lying North of 25th Street and between Cedar Avenue and Holly Avenue, being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Lots 1, 2, 18, 19, 20 and the South 20 feet of Lot 17, Block 12, Third Section of Preamwold, according to plat thereof recorded in the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, be and the same is hereby placed Jn R-3 (Multiple Family Dwelling) District; (b) That that certain property lying between 27th Street and DeSoto Drive, being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Lots 1 through 6, and Lots 15 through 27, Block 22, Fourth Section of Dreamwold, according to plat thereof recorded in the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, be and the same is hereby placed in C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) District; (c) That that certain property lying East of Magnolia Avenue and South of 28th Place, being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: (d) be and the same is hereby placed in R-1 (One Family Dwelling) District; That that certain property lying Westerly of State Road 15-600 and abutting Onora Road, being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the Southeast Corner of Section 2, Township 20 South, Range 30 East, run North 0° 09' 02" West along the East line of said Section 2, a distance of 660.0 feet, thence North 89° 51' 20" West parallel with the South line of said Section 2, a distance of 161.04 feet, thence South 0° 09' 02" East 6. 60 feet, thence North 89° 51' 20" West 475.20 feet, thence North 0° 09' 02" West 654.72 feet, thence North 89° 51' 20" West 350 feet, thence South 0° 09' 02" East 882. 103 feet to the Northeasterly right of way line of Onora-Grapeville Road Extension, thence run along said right of way line from a tangent bearing of South 50° 01' 19" East along a curve con- cave Southwesterly, having a radius of 1185.92 feet through a central angle of 24° 39' 09" a distance of 510. 263 feet to the P.T. of said curve, thence South 25* 22' 10" East 28. 97 feet to the Southerly line of said Section 2, thence South 89° 51' 20" East 665.338 feet to the point of beginning, be and the same is hereby placed in R-3 (Multiple Family Dwelling) District. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3.
