AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 771 OF SA ID CITY, AS
AMENDED, SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN
WITHIN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID
AMENDMENT PLACING CERTAIN TERRITORY IN THE
DISTRICT DELINEATED BELOW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 771 of the City of Sanford, Florida,
passed and adopted February 26, 1962, as amended, said ordinance being
the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, regulating and
restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water, for
[fade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
That that certain property lying East of State Road 600
(Highway 17-92) and South of Onora Road, being more
particularly described as follows, to-wit:
The West 230.34 feet of the East 339.64 feet of Lots 38,
39 and 40 (less the South 56.3 feet and road) of Amended
Plat of Druid Park,
be and the same is hereby placed in C ~1 (Neighborhood Commercial) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
