ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF TIlE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
VACATING AND ABANDONING UTILITy EASEMENT AS
DELINEATED BELOW,
FLORIDA. IN THE CITy OF SANFORD,
BE IT ENACTED BY TIlE PEOPLE OF THE CITy OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that certain Utility Easement in the City of
Sanford, Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
The East 150 feet of:
Beginning at a Point on the East right of way line of
Cypress Avenue, 222. 42 feet NOrth and 30 feet S.
89° 55' 05" E. of a Concrete Monument at the
Centerline Intersection of CyPress Avenue and
Second Street, Said point of beginning being a
concrete monument, thence run S. 89° 55' 05"
E. 100 feet, thence run North 7 feet, thence run
S. 89° 55' 05" E. 150 feet, thence run South 14
feet, thence run N. 89° 55' 05" W. 250 feet, thence
run North 7 feet to point of beginning.
Overall Parcel being 74, 885. 75 square feet or 1. 71914
acres.
Being a portion of that certain Utility Easement reserved
by the City of Sanford by Ordinance No. 820 dated December
23, 1963.
Be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned as a utility easement in
the City of Sanford, Florida, and the City does hereby disclaim for itself
and the public all interest herein.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or Parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
