AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA--
CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDONING AN ALLEY AS
DELINEATED BELOW, IN THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that certain alley in the City of Sanford, Florida
described as follows, to-wit:
be and the
That certain East-West alley lying East of Sanford Avenue
and between 20th Street and Grandview Avenue, in the City
of Sanford, Florida, described as: The North 12 feet of
the lot described as: Beginning 984 feet South and 25 feet
East of the Northwest Corner of the SW 1/4 of Section 31,
Township 19 South, Range 31 East, run East 167 feet,
South 86 feet, West 167 feet, North 86 feet to the point
of beginning,
same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as a public alley
in the City of Sanford, and the City does hereby disclaim for itself and
the public all interest therein.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. Th~ t this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
