AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 771 OF SAID CITY, AS
AMENDED, SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN
WITHIN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID
AMENDMENT PLACING CERTAIN TERRITORY IN THE
DISTRICT DELINEATED BELOW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 771 of the City of Sanford, Florida,
passed and adopted February 26, 1962, as amended, said ordinance being the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, regulating and re-
stricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water, for
trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
That that certain property lying West of Mohawk Avenue and
between Santa Barbara Drive and Osceola Drive, being more
particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Lots 5, 6 and 7, Block 24, Dreamwold, according to plat
thereof as recorded in the Public Records of Seminole County,
Florida,
be and the same is hereby placed in R-IA (Single Family Dwelling) District;
That that certain property lying South of Eighteenth Street and
between Peach Avenue and Strawberry Avenue, being more par-
ticularly described as follows:
Lots 8 and 9, Block 8, Pine Level, according to plat thereof
as recorded in the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby placed in R~5 (One and Two Family Dwelling)
District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
