AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 771 OF SAID CITY, AS
AMENDED, SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN
WITHIN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID
AMENDMENT PLACING CERTAIN TERRITORY IN THE
DISTRICT AS DELINEATED BELOW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE G1TY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 771 of the City of Sanford, Florida,
passed and adopted February 26, 1962, as amended, said ordinance being the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, regulating and re-
stricing the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water, for
trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
A. That that certain property lying South of Twenty-fifth Street
and West of Georgia Avenue, more particularly described as
follows, to-wit:
The Northerly 341 feet of Lots 2 through 8, Lots 19
through 25, Lots 27 through 33, and Lots 44 through
50, Geneva Terrace, according to plat thereof as re-
corded in Plat Book 11, page 36, Seminole County Public
Records; and Lots 1 through 91, Geneva Terrace
Amended Plat, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 12, page 82, Seminole County Public Records,
be and the same is hereby placed in R-3 (Multiple Family
Dwelling) District.
B. That that certain property lying South of Twenty-Fifth Street
and West of Georgia Avenue, more particularly described as
follows, to-wit:
Lots 2 through 8, Lots 19 through 25, Lots 27 through 33,
and Lots 44 through 50, Geneva Terrace, according to
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, page 36, Seminole
County Public Records, and Lots 1 through 91, Geneva
Terrace Amended Plat, according to plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 12, page 82, Seminole County Public Records,
(less the Northerly 341 feet);
be and the same is hereby placed in R-lA (Single Family Dwelling)
District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
