AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 771 OF SAID CITY, AS
AMENDED, SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN
WITHIN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID
AMENDMENT PLACING CERTAIN TERRITORY IN THE
DISTRICT DELINEATED BELOW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 771 of the City of Sanford, Florida,
passed and adopted February 26, 1962, as amended, said ordinance being the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, regulating and re-
stricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water, for
trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
That that certain property West of E1 Capitan Drive and
between 27th Street and Santa Barbara Drive, being more
particularly described as follows:
Lots 9 through 15, Block 27, Dreamwold 4th Section, Sanford,
Seminole County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby placed in R-3 (Multiple Family)
Dwelling District.
SECTION 2. That ali ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
