AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 771 OF SAID CITY, AS
AMENDED, SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN
WITHIN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID
AMENDMENT PLACING CERTAIN TERRITORY IN THE
DISTRICT DELINEATED BELOW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 771 of the City of Sanford, Florida,
passed and adopted February 26, 1962, as amended, said ordinance being the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, regulating and re-
stricing the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water, for
trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
That that certain property more particularly described as
follows, to-wit:
The North 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of Section 7, Township 20 South,
Range 31 East, lying West of the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad
right of way, (less the North 430. 5 feet of the South 500 feet
of the West 300 feet thereof, and less rights of way for public
roads); and
The North 629 feet of the South 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of Section 7,
Township 20 South, Range 31 East, lying West of the right of
way of Mellonville Avenue, (Jess the right of way of the Sea-
board Coast Line Railroad, and less rights of way for public
roads),
be and the same is hereby classified Planned Unit Development.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
