ORDINANCE NO. 1056
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
VACATING AND ABANDONING A UTILITY EASEMENT
IN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLOBI DA, AS DELINEATED
BELOW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that certain utility easement in the City of Sanford,
Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
That certain utility easement lying between Santa Barbara
Drive, Twenty-seventh (Florida) Street, and E1 Capitan
Drive, described as: All of that certain utility easement
lying between Lots 13, 14 and 15, and Lots 9, 10 and 11,
and as extended between Lot 11 and Lot 12, all in Block
27, Dreamwold 4th Section;
be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned as a utility easement
the City of Sanford, and the City does hereby disclaim for itself and the
public all interest therein.
SECTION 2. That ail ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
