AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 771 OF SAID CITY, AS
AMENDED, SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN
WITHIN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMEND-
MENT PLACING CERTAIN TERRITORY IN THE DISTRICT
AS DELINEATED BELOW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 771 of the City of Sanford, Florida,
passed and adopted February 26, 1962, as amended, said ordinance being the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water,
for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same in hereby
amended as follows:
That that certain property lying South of Twenty-fifth Street
and West of Georgia Avenue, and being more particularly
described as follows, to-wit:
Lots 5 through 25; Lots 35 through 42; Lots 51 through
62; Lots 72 through 75, and Lots 81 through 91, Geneva
Terrace, Amended Plat,
be and the same is hereby placed in R-2 (One and Two Family
Dwelling) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
