ORDINANCE NO. 1069
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDONING CERTAIN
STREETS IN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AS
DELINEATED BELOW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That those certain streets in the City of Sanford,
Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
All of those streets in Plat of Sanora, Unit 1, according
to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 16, page 88, Public
Records of Seminole County, Florida; and
Ail of those streets in Plat of Sanora, Unit 2, according
to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 16, page 97, Public
Records of Seminole County, Florida,
be and the same are hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as public streets
in the City of Sanford, and the City does hereby disclaim for itself and the
public all interest therein.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
