AN ORDINANCE OF THE GITY OF SANFORD, FLORI~
CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDONING THAT CERTAIN
EASEMENT IN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AS
DELINEATED BELOW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that certain easement in the City of Sanford,
Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
That certain easement lying East of French Avenue and
between Colonial Way and Katherine Court, and being
more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
The South 7 feet of Lot 1; the Southwesterly 7 feet of
Lot 2; the North 7 feet and the Northeasterly 7 feet of
Lot 3, Block 8, Highland Park, according to plat there-
of recorded in Plat Book 4, page 28, Public Records of
Seminole County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as an easement
in the City of Sanford, and the City does hereby disclaim for itself and the
public ail interest therein.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
