1082ORDINANCE NO. 1082
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING SECTION 27.6 (a) (3) OF ORDINANCE NO.
1065, SAID SECTION RELATING TO THE AMOUNT OF
WATER, SEWER AND DRAINAGE CONNECTION AND
CONTROL CHARGES, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING
THE CLASSIFICATION RELATING TO MOTELS AND
PROVIDING FOR MOBILE HOME PARKS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF TIE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 27.6 (a) (3) of Ordinance No. 1065 be
and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"(3) Commercial:
(aa) Motels:
five hundred fifty dollars for the first
motel unit; two hundred seventy-five dollars for
the second unit; one hundred thirty-seven dollars
and fifty cents for each additional unit.
(bb) Restaurants: each thirty seats, five hundred fifty
dollars.
(cc) Beauty Shops: each six chairs, five hundred fifty
dollars.
(dd) Mobile Home Parks: In mobile home parks where
sites are held for rental purposes as compared to
conveyed ownership, five hundred fifty dollars for
the first site; two hundred seventy-five dollars for
the second site; and one hundred thirty-seven
dollars and fifty cents for each additional site. In
the event in mobile home park development the
sites are conveyed or sold into individual owner-
ship, each such site shall be assessed at the rate
of five hundred fifty dollars, the incidence of which
shall be paid at the time such site first receives
water and sewer services or at the time of convey-
ance in instances where such parks may be con-
structed for rental purposes and subsequently
changed to ownership of sites.
(ee) Offices and ail other commercial: each four
thousand square feet, five hundred fifty dollars.
The minimum fee shall be five hundred fifty dollars.
SECTION 2. Ali ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
