AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 771 OF SAID CITY, AS
AMENDED, SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN
WITHIN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMEND-
MENT PLACING CERTAIN TERRITORY IN THE DISTRICTS
DELINEATED BELOW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 771 of the City of Sanford, Florida,
passed atd adopted February 26, 1962, as amended, said ordinance being the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water,
for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
(a) That that property described as follows, to-wit:
Lot 3, Block 17, Chapman and Tucker's Addition,
Seminole County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby placed in C-;1 (Neighborhood Commercial)
District.
(b) That that property described as follows, to-wit:
Commence at the intersection of the East line of the
West 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 10,
Township 20 South, Range 30 East, thence run Easterly
along the North right of way line of Lake Mary Boulevard
for 100 feet to the point of beginning; thence run Northerly
parallel with said East line of the West 1/2 of the SW 1/4
of the SW 1/4 for 700 feet; thence Easterly parallel with
said North right of way line for 1,650 feet; thence Southerly
parallel with said East line of the West 1/2 of the SW 1/4
of the SW 1/4 for 700 feet to a point on the North right of
way line for 1,650 feet to the point of beginning; lying in
Seminole County, Florida, and containing 26.5 acres more
or less,
be and the same is hereby placed in R-3 (Multiple Family Dwelling)
District.
(c) That that property described as follows, to-wit:
That part of the NW 1/4 of Section 2, Township 20 South,
Range 30 East, lying East of Onora-Grapeville Avenue and
North and West of Lake Mary Road, less the North 666.60
feet; also less: Beginning from the Southwest Corner of
said NW 1/4, run North along the West line of said NW 1/4,
a distance of 989.78 feet; thence run East 103.20 feet to the
Easterly right of way line of Onora~Grapeville Avenue, and
a point of beginning; thence run S. 79° 07' 59" East, 423.79
feet to the Northerly right of way line of Lake Mary Road;
thence run South 42° 58' 33" West along said Northerly right
of way line, 400 feet to the intersection of the East right of
way line of Onora-Grapeville Avenue; thence run North-
westerly along a curve concave Easterly having a radius of
1869.86 feet a central angle of 12° 15' 24" , an arc distance
of 400 feet, a chord bearing on North 33° 19' 27" West to
point of beginning,
be and the same is hereby placed in R~3 (Multiple Family Dwelling)
District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
