4:16 P.M. in the City Manager's Conference Room, Sanford City Hall, 300 North Park Avenue, Sanford, Horida.

The Chairman called the meeting to order.
Discussion regarding site visits to City Manager candidates' towns: Gastonia. North Carolina. St. Charles. Missouri.
Lady Lake. Florida. and Albany. Georgia.
Commissioner Woodruff reviewed and discussed information provided on the table prior to today's meeting
regarding his visit to Gastonia, North Carolina, and Mr. Danny Crew. [During the discussion, Commissioner Williams left the
meeting and returned.]
Commissioner Jones discussed his visit to St. Charles, Missouri and information regarding Ma. James O'Connor.
Commissioner Williams distributed and reviewed a folder containing information obtained during her visit to the
town of Lady Lake, Florida. She also distributed copies of newspaper articles printed in The Villages Daily Sun regarding Mr.
Jim Coleman and the town of Lady Lake. Human Resources Director Joe Denaro reported that Mr. Coleman's application was
received moments ago; he distributed copies to the Commission.
Mayor Lessard discussed his visit to Albany, Georgia and information regarding Mr. Al Grieshaber.
Mayor Lessard reviewed the schedule of Commissioner meetings with the applicants on Friday, June 20, 2003,
and reported that there will be a Public hearing at 7:30 P.M. on Friday, June 20, 2003, to rank the candidates and determine
which candidate will be offered the City Manager position.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 5:54 P.M.
