• P.M. in the City Commission Chambers, first floor, Sanford City Hall, 300 North Park Avenue, Sanford, Florida.
Present: Mayor - Commissioner Brady Lessard
Commissioner Kevin Hipes
Commissioner Velma Williams
Commissioner Randy Jones
Commissioner Art Woodruff
Interim City Manager Andrew Van Gaale
City Clerk Janet R. Dougherty
Absent: City Attorney William L. Colbert
The Chairman called the meeting to order.
City Manager Selection,
After brief discussion, the Commission provided individual written ranking of the applicants to Interim City
Manager Van Gaale. City Clerk Janet Dougherty read aloud the rankings and Mr. Van Gaale tallied them; there was a tie
between Mr. Grieshaber and Mr. O'Connor.
Commissioner Williams moved to rank Mr. Grieshaber as number one. Seconded by Commissioner Hipes and
carried by vote of the Commission as follows:

Commissioner Jones Nay
Commissioner Woodruff Aye
• Commissioner Jones moved to rank Mr. O'Connor as number two. Seconded by Commissioner Woodruff and
carried by vote of the Commission as follows:

Commissioner Woodruff Aye
Commissioner Hipes moved to rank Mr. Crew as number three and Mr. Coleman as number four. Seconded
by Commissioner Williams and carried by vote of the Commission as follows:

Mayor Lessard said that he and Human Resources Director Denaro will discuss a contract with Mr. Grieshaber,
and he hopes to have a contract for Commission approval on Monday. The Commission had no objection.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:54 P.M.
