Should Section 6.01, 6.04 and 10.05 of the proposed Charter of the City of Sanford, Florida, changing the date of the City's municipal elections to coincide with the State of Florida's General Election, be changed as recommended by the Charter Review Committee and as set forth in Ordinance No. 4113? Should all other Sections of the proposed Charter of the City of Sanford, excluding Section 6.01, 6.04 and 10.05, be changed as recommended by the Charter Review Committee and as set forth in Ordinance No. 4113?
