The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Work Session on Monday, September 22, 200: at
6:30 PM, in the Railroad Depot Room, 2' Floor, City Hall, 300 North Park Avenue, Sanford, Florida.

City Manager Robert (Sherman) Yehl (Present at 6:37 PM)

Mayor Kuhn called the Work Session to order at 6:31 PM.
1) Historic Preservation Board — interview applicants. (Regular Item No. 10.C)[Commission Memo 08 -263]
The Commission interviewed the following three applicants: Dr. Michele Mena, Jonathan Houston and Per
Parker.
2) Agenda Items — additional information and /or questions.
Mayor Kuhn asked Mr. Yehl if the City had provided complete commencement documents for Fort Megan
Park to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection by September 15, 2008. Mr. Yehl responded that the City was in
compliance.
3) End the meeting.
Mayor Kuhn adjourned the Work Session at 6:47 PM.
