The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Special Meeting on Monday, October 6, 2008
at 4 PM, in the City Commission Chambers, 1s` Floor, City Hall, 300 North Park Avenue, Sanford, Florida.

Commissioner Randy Jones
Commissioner Jack T. Bridges

Mayor Kuhn called the Special Meeting to order at 4:00 PM.

Commissioner Woodruff moved to adopt Resolution No. 2119. Seconded by Commissioner Jones and
carried by the vote of the Commission as follows:
