AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THAT NO HORSE,
COW, OR OTHER GRAZING ANIMAL SHJ~LL BE KEPT,
PENNED, HOUSED OR STALLED WITHIN ONE HUN-
DRED FEET OF ANY DW~7~.ING HOUSE OCCUPIED BY
OWNER OR TENANT IN T~ CITY OF SAN-FORD,
FLORIDA, EXCEPT THAT OF THE OWNER OR KEEPER
OF SUCH HORSE, COW OR OTHER GRAZING ANIMAL,
AS HEREIN PROVIDED, AND PROVIDIiN-G A PI~NALTY
FOR THE VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That no horse, cow or other
grazing animal shall be kept, penned, housed or
stalled within one hundred feet of any dwelling
house occupied by owner or tenant in the City of
Sanford, Florida, except that of the owner or
keeper of such animal or animals.
Section 2. That any person, firm or cor-
poration who shall violate the provisions of Section
i hereof shell be punished by a fine of not more
than two hundred dollars, or by imprisonment for
note more than ninety days.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith be end the
same are hereby repealed.
Section 4. That this ordinance shell
become effective thirty days after its passage
end adoption.
