BE IT EI~ACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That it shall be unlawful
for any person, firm or corporation to keep or
maintain within the corporate limits of the
City of Sanford, Florida, shy surface closet
or privy used for the deposit of human excreta,
which closet is not fly-proof in construction
and is not in conformity with plans recommended
or approved by the State Board of Health of the
State of Florida.
Section 2. That any person, firm or
corporation found guilty of violating the pro-
Visions of Section i of this ordinance shall
be punished hy a fin~ of not exceeding $200.00
or by imprisonment of not exceeding ninety
days.

same are hereby repealed.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall
become effective immediately upon its passage
and adoption.
