$'~F2~EAS, the City of Sanford, Florida, has
acquired title to the lots, pieces or parcels of land
situate in the City of Sanford, Florida, and herein-
after particularly described, and which said lots,
pieces or parcels of land are adjacent to the lots,
pieces or parcels of land described in Ordinance No.
238, passed end adopted by the City Commission of the
City of Sanford, Florids, on the 8th day of April, 1935,
dedicating said letter lots, pieces or parcels of land
for the purpose in said Ordinance No. 238 stated, end
the lots, pieces or parcels of land hereinafter parti-
cularly described were acquired by said City of Sanford
with the view of employing the sa:~ for the purposes to which
the lots, pieces or parcels of land described in said
Ordinance No. 238 were dedicated:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE
OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, ~WLORiDA:

amd the public generally.
Section 2. That said City of Sanford, Florida,
hereby retains the rights to use so much or such parts
of the lends end premises described in Section i hereof
for 'such municipal or other public purpose as its govern-
ing authority m~y deem necessary.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby
repealed.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall become ef-
fective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
